Building permits in Phase 1A are now available from the Village of Morton
Phase 1B to be open by end of summer
The Peoria Home Show is over, but the celebration of the 2010 Spring Building Season is still going strong. We have extended special savings on lot prices (See Phase 1 Pricing) for the entire building season 2010. We had a very good turn out for the Parade of Homes 2010! One house was completely done and the other was still in the construction phase. The entrance road is on the schedule to be black top in the coming weeks mattering on IDOT road repaving efforts going on around the Peoria area. The road (Phase1B) to take you back to the Ulrich Wildlife Preserve will be completed by the end of summer. This will bring the next set of building permits from the Village of Morton. Phase 1C is next! Come out and watch the progress!
